If You Touch My Junk, I'm Going To Have You Arrested.

John is a hero to all Americans, or at least he should be. Finally someone stands up to the injustice occurring at the airports across America every day. Now he is facing a $10,000 fine for adhering to the US Constitution. The Fourth Amendment states "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." Did you read that people are to be secure in their person and shall not be violated or searched without probable cause. Yet across the US people are being violated and searched without probable cause. Just because I buy a plane ticket I am not a probable terrorist. As such, I should not be subject to molestation.

John is wrong, however, that the reason the TSA can do these searches without it being a crime is because they are the government. The only reason the TSA can do these searches is because the American people let them. If all of us would stand up and fight for our constitutional rights, these type of actions would not be continuing. Remember you are not a criminal, so tell the TSA to back off.
